About Phuket Driving License Service
We are an independent private service in Rawai, Phuket. We help foreigners get, convert and renew a Thai driving license for motorcycle and car. We are not the Department of Land Transport (DLT) and not a government office.
Who is behind the service
Alex, Director of Phuket Driving License Service. Languages: German, Russian and English.
What we do
- We look at your passport, your current license and your visa on WhatsApp and tell you which route fits you.
- We arrange the medical certificate at our partner clinic in Rawai and the Certificate of Residence from Phuket Immigration.
- We take you to the DLT in Krabi and go through the application and the tests with you.
How the trips work
The DLT in Phuket is booked 3 to 6 months ahead. That is why we take our clients to the DLT in Krabi on a weekday we agree with you: you apply and take the tests on the first visit and collect your license on the second visit. Pickup in Phuket is included. You travel in a shared air-conditioned minivan with other clients, about 2.5 to 3 hours each way. There is no private transfer.

Languages
We speak English, German and Russian. French-speaking clients are welcome too: we handle your case in English. On WhatsApp we usually reply within minutes.
What we do not do
We cannot change official rules or fees. We do not handle accident or insurance cases; our guide Accident in Phuket: what to do explains the steps. We give exact prices on WhatsApp.
How we keep information current
Rules at the DLT change. Our guides show when they were last checked, for example „Verified September 2026“, and we confirm the current rules before every booking.
